The Leica Rugby CLH and CLA series is built for rough construction. The quality of this robust construction laser is so good that Leica can offer a fall guarantee on the entire interior, which means that if the laser falls apart completely, Leica will replace the levelling mechanism and interior free of charge, so you only have to pay for the housing or battery, etc. Leica also offers a lifetime warranty on material and manufacturing defects.

The Leica Rugby CLA series can easily survive a fall from a height of 1.5 metres if it is knocked over from its tripod. After this fall (if it does not accidentally land on a point with the glass), work can continue as normal. If a deviation does occur after a fall, Leica will calibrate the construction laser free of charge for 5 years under the unique PROTECT by Leica warranty.
