Beton CONDTROL is a reliable and user-friendly mechanical hardness tester for assessing the strength properties of concrete. It allows you to quickly and accurately check the strength of screeds, floors, concrete products and reinforced concrete structures. No special training is required to use Beton CONDTROL. Using a hardness tester, you can check the quality of the concrete yourself. With Beton CONDTROL, you can determine the extent to which the actual indicators for the brand and structural strength of concrete are met, check the uniformity of concrete structures and products, and detect defects during concrete pouring. If necessary, you can significantly expand the scope of the device by supplementing the existing basic calibration curves for concrete under laboratory conditions with calibration curves for other materials (mortar, brick, rubble). A distinctive feature of Beton Condtrol is the presence of calibration tables on the device housing, which take into account the direction of impact. The device can be used not only for measurements in a horizontal position, but also at an angle. Using the calibration tables, you can quickly recalculate the results obtained, taking into account the direction of impact. The Beton CONDTROL mechanical sclerometer has high wear resistance. The hardness of the working surfaces of the indenter and the impact hammer is at least 57–60 HRC.
